Add info and linnk for "sequenced genomes" in taxa box #62

In the taxa box, would be nice :

to know what "sequenced genomes" means, with a small "i" just like for the age. The text in the opening modal could be: "Number of genomes at NCBI with assembly level "complete".
Add a link to the page at ncbi where these genomes can be browsen: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/datasets/genome/?taxon=9606&assembly_level=3:3
simply replacing 9606 by the tax id of the current taxon explored.

The link would ideally be at the right of the number of genomes sequenced.
