LPhyBeastExt

The project to host some LPhyBeast extensions, to reduce the weight of LPhyBeast core.

Using this LPhyBeast extension, you do not need any extra LPhy extension. The required LPhy models have been released in the LPhy core.

LPhyBeast Extensions

The BEAST 2 package extended from the core project LPhyBeast, which includes:

  • Mascot LPhyBeast extension;
  • MM LPhyBeast extension;
  • SA LPhyBeast extension.
