Allow deletion of a section in a MoneyLog

Expected Behavior

When a MoneyLog owner is planning or using a MoneyLog a situation may arise where they need to delete a section, On the onset this seems simple enough, however, this would likely consist of a number of operations something along the lines of

• delete section
• resize other section durations since there will be less for now
• Unassign the wishlist items assigned to this section

Actual Behavior

At the moment the functionality for this is not covered at all

Acceptance Criteria

An Owner should be able to use a mutation to delete a section
