As a new locker owner, I want to immediately understand what my locker does for me

Something we've all felt as a group (and has been STRONGLY underscored by the user testing results) is that people will understand their locker much more clearly and easily through the utility that it provides - a simple way to access all of my contacts, a place to view all of my photos, an easy way to find an old tweet. Currently their first experience of the locker presents them with the task of connecting and syncing their data without any context as to why they would want to do that. Additionally, the current dashboard is left somewhat in limbo with connectors + synclets coexisting as separate entities.

We can solve both of these by augmenting the guided setup to begin with Apps and lead to data, thereby shifting the focus away from the current dashboard (making that more of a developer-only view for the time being).
