User Story

As a user I want to be able to filter my list of NPCs in an easy fashion on the NPC page

Tech Notes

Look for React Component to allow searching by any filed on an NPC card

Acceptance Criteria

When on the NPC page and I select any of the filtering options
Then my list of NPCs should accurately be filtered
