Auto scroll is not working when text reaches at the bottom of the screen

In a clean editor, here the horizontal scrollbar shall be on top of the editor. Start typing till the last line reaches at the bottom of the screen. Continue typing in the last line without using Enter key.
Result: When the line wraps to next line the scroll bar stay at top of the editor.
Expected Result: Here the scrollbar shall auto scroll down.
