Sprites Not Loading

Hi, I'm having a problem with my sprites loading. I followed all of the steps in the tutorial but the smart sprite sheet doesn't show all of my images like I expected. When I try to load the images I only see a blank. even when I try to load the sprites. I still can't get them to show up. It feels like something very simple that I'm missing but I just can't figure it out.
I even downloaded the texture packer and it wouldn't let me save it as one sheet. It saved it as two.
Please Help!
