Add team & levels to Who is who section

Hi @xredo , Pau Teruel told me something that is true: why is there only the C-levels and Leire/Eli? Well, when we first wrote this section, it was a part of the "First day" section, so the who is who described who you talked to when you were onboarded. However, now this leaves the impression that the rest of the company isn't important.

To Do:

• Write the new company org explaining the roles ("Roles") - Xavi.
• Write a section to mention the rest of the company - Eli.
