Bug Report: Confusing Default Theme Settings in WebView2 DevTools

Description

I've discovered an amusing bug while using the WebView2 DevTools: there appear to be two "default" modes for the DevTools theme. The real default theme is light, and-let's be honest it’s not the most user-friendly. But hey, it's Microsoft, so I guess we just have to roll with it! 😅

Expected Behavior

There should be only one clear "default" mode for the DevTools theme to avoid confusion.

Observed Behavior

Two "default" theme modes appear, making it unclear which one is the true default.

Additional Information

Please fix this so we can have a definitive "default" theme. We're counting on you, Microsoft! 😜
