Version: 132.0.2957.115 (Official build) (x86_64)
OS: Mac OS Ventura 13.7.2

Problem:
After opening the dev tool, I cannot resize the dev tool. Normally, when I hover the mouse on the edge of the dev tool, I should see a resize icon. But no icon is appearing, and resizing is not possible.

Thank you for reporting this. The bug has been fixed on Canary 134.0.3080.0. Please let me know if you're still experiencing this bug on version 134.0.3080.0 or higher.
