On Debian-likes, hostapd will not start if it was masked in systemd.

Steps to reproduce

  1. mask hostapd with the systemctl command
    systemctl mask hostapd

  2. run minim-config
    minim-config

  3. hostapd fails to start

Workaround

Unmask hostapd manually

systemctl unmask hostapd
