Hi there,

The processed images doesn't seem to be saved when I ran the code in jupyter. Because when I ran the next block for identifying mitochondria, I get the following error message: YFP0143_27.tif is not a valid image file, try another file. Also in the select a file menu I only have the options to select the original images instead of the processed binary ones. Has someone an idea how to fix this issue

Thanks for your help
