Issue with Cell Catcher and Sample Figures #8

Hej, I wanted to learn your program and therefore used your algorithm with your provided sample figures. But unfortunately I get errors like:

"Something is not right! Try another image." at the "Identifying Nuclei"-step
"YFP0143-2_1.tif is not a valid image file, try another file." at the "Identifying Mitochondria"-step
"YFP0143_27.tif is not a valid image file, trying the next file." at the "Processing all the cells"-step

I am using all your default values and the folder Multi-Cell_images/143.

Am I missing something while using your code?
