The Cube Brush doesn't place the blocks if some block locations are outside the world bounds.

How to Reproduce:
1. Create a flat world
2. Switch to the Cube Brush and change the brush size to something bigger than 9
3. Try to use the brush

Expected Result:
Should place the blocks.
