The game sometimes crashes on switching dimensions

The Bug:
The game sometimes crashes when you do certain things like loading a world or switching dimensions in editor mode. You may need to wait some time to reproduce the bug.
Steps to Reproduce:
Way 1:

1. Create a new project
2. Build a nether portal and open it.
3. Enter the portal.

Way 2

1. Playtest the map
2. Return to the editor from playtesting

These methods are not always consistent each time, but it has the chance to crash the Editor.
