You can be in third person mode in tool mode

It's possible to go into third person mode in tool mode. There are two different ways to do this.

Repro steps
Way 1:

1. Go to crosshair mode
2. press the "Toggle Perspective" key (normaly F5)
3. Go back to tool mode

Way 2:

1. Click "File"
2. Click "Pause sceen"
3. Click "Settings"
4. Click "Video"
5. Change the camera perspective
6. Go back to the pause screen
7. Click "Resume Game"

Observed result vs. what you actually expected to happen
After you changed your perspective using one of this ways, you can see yourself in third person perspective in tool mode. I expected that you are always in first person perspective in tool mode and the perspective setting only has an effect in crosshair mode.
