bug: QQ适配器当reply=True时发送消息异常 Object of type MessageReference is not JSON serializable #181

感觉应该算qq适配器的bug，断点发现reply=True会转换成Reference消息段，这个消息段在发送时会抛异常

如何复现：

msg = "aaaaa"
await MessageFactory(Text(msg)).send(reply=True)
