Dear developer, thank you for developing cellpose as an accurate and efficient tool, I have taken many pictures of stained cells as shown in the picture, and I want to calculate their nucleoplasmic ratios, and I know that the pictures seem blurry, and I would like to know if I can use cellpose to help me calculate the nucleoplasmic ratios in a batch, and if so do you have a feasible solution for this.Thank you very much for your help!

I'm not sure what a nucleoplasmic ratio is, I think that would be something computed separately from cellpose using the output masks. let us know if you have segmentation-related issues
