I am on Debian 12 (Bookworm). I have the following KDE component versions:
KDE Plasma version 5.27.5
KDE Frameworks version 5.103.0
Qt Version 5.15.8.
Activate Linux works fine when I haven't locked my session. Once I lock my session, the watermark doesn't show up on the lock screen. Is there any ways to make it show up on the lock screen?

Probably not. I'm not sure how session lock screen permissions are handled, but I assume you'd need either root perms or weird janky hacks to make that happen.
