get this error when opening it. why do i get this error?

Hey! I'm having the same error with Unity 2019.4.9 LTS version, but works fine on 2018 LTS version. Seems to be a bug or something else with 2019 as some people are complaining about the same in this unity forum thread. Already tried everything suggested in that thread, but no success until now.

Someone found a solution for this error?

The suggestion at the bottom of this link worked for me... Create a csc.rsp file with content below and put into the Assets folder.
-r:System.Web.dll
