Hi everyone,
I'm reading a lot of papers that reportedly used is-situ meteorological observations (from e.g. FLUXNET/ICOS stations) as forcings to run Noah-MP. I'm using FLUXNET data and I've come across this R package that performs exactly the reading and writing operations that I would need.
Since my processing pipeline is in python, does anyone knows any python package that processes FLUXNET data in a way that they can be used as forcings for Noah-MP?
Also, is there any official documentation on the standard structure of directories and netCDF4 files that can be used as forcings by the community LSMs? Thanks in advance.
