...so that I can install the python package in a conda environment

We want this to be automated using GitHub Actions and/or roundup

Acceptance Criteria

Given a conda environment
When I perform conda install pds.peppi
Then I expect the package to be install in my conda environment

Status: Working this forward. Requires grayskull to push this to conda-forge. Issues with trying to build this.

We also need to have the dependency pds.api-client to conda artifactory.

Status: Waiting on Conda folks to merge api-client into condaforge which will allow peppi to be merged.
