📆 May status: Design doc underway. Potential delay due to introduction of new ISA documentation requirements for A&A: NASA-PDS/software-issues-repo#78

📆 June status: ISA documentation for A&A has pushed back this end date, but no impact on build. Not required for B14.0 delivery.

📆 July status: Moving this to icebox. Not high priority. ISA has taken precedence. This deferral does not require formal approval from SWG as it a high-level design document.
