💡 Description

In order to support new web mod website search, we need to be able to link based upon investigation_ref, instrument_ref, target_ref, etc. Current PDS3 context products do not link to that. We need to update those to support that.

This requires to map unconstrained strings with identifiers. This is difficult.

Sprint Status: Work ongoing. Database is up to >1000 context objects being mapped. Needs to be built out with datasets in order to hand off to EdWG to complete.
