harvest-solr producing invalid solr docs with edwg context product run

Yes - I've already checked

🐛 Describe the bug

When I ran harvest with the latest context products, I get an error that the XML is invalid.

🕵️ Expected behavior

I expected the data to load as before

📜 To Reproduce

1. run harvest per the wiki
2. try to load the data with registry manager
3. note the errors on all the solr docs
