💪 Motivation

...so that I can ensure the value for object_length is actually valid for the data.

📖 Additional Details

Per the PDS4 IM object_length is optional in Table_Delimited. If given, we should check that the value is actually valid per the table defined.

Right now, it does not appear that validate is looking at the value at all.
