Netcdf documentation is out-of-date - fortran is separate library #814

Must install netcdf-c and netcdf-fortran as these come separately.

Refers to typesizes, people do keep adding the typesizes.mod int model_mod.f90

Maybe remove this since you only need use netcdf.

Do you have netcdf?

nf-config --all

no? Then install netcdf
