主页、商品页改为异步加载
重构 API 同时解决过期商品问题（降低已毕业卖家商品的曝光度 #221）
讨论、重构商品分类、排序的实现、加载和展示
讨论是否应将所有商品页设为默认主页（时间轴），随机商品页设为第二主页（发现）
