In the NIST lab we develop computer vision image processing algorithms for analysis of medical images that are focused on registration and segmentation. We work on image guided neurosurgery and analysis of brain images for disease diagnosis and prognosis for diseases such as multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, schizophrenia and degenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s dementia.
In this wiki, we've organized information we feel might be useful to others in the field.
For more information about lab, follow the links on this wiki (start with the menu on the right), visit the lab website or check out the lab GitHub.
This wiki is greatly inspired by the Aly Lab wiki of Professor Mariam Aly of the Zuckerman Institute at Columbia University. While Prof Aly gave me permission to take inspiration, any misteaks here are mine ;^)
