Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is very common that CUDA functionalities operate in different ways depending on the memory space where they are applied. It is not currently possible to distinguish a mdspan that describe a host or device memory space

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide vocabulary types to declare host or device mdspan/mdarray
