We currently rely on @ahendriksen to provide us with magical values for the target bytes-in-flight for various architectures in cub::DeviceTransform. Since the tuning space for cub::DeviceTransform is rather small, we could consider exposing this parameter to the CUB tuning framework to confirm that those values are indeed the best ones.
