Not able to pull up any similar issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated

What does nvcc -V say in terminal?

This issue does not seem related to the CUDA samples, and since there hasn't been a recent reply I'll go ahead and close it. Please feel free to open a new issue if you have any further issues with the CUDA samples.
