Dear team, I hope this message finds you well. Yesterday, I purchased a NativePHP Mobile license. However, I did not receive the license email after the first attempt, so I tried again. On the second attempt, the license email was delivered successfully. Now, I have noticed that my credit card has been charged twice, and it appears that I have been billed twice for the same license. Could you please check and cancel the first charge? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you in advance. |
