Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
From this PR. rathena/rathena#8088 kRO removed the forced animation to selected skills.

Describe the solution you'd like
A patch that called Restore Old Animation would be nice.

Additional context
The PR rathena/rathena#8088 is good. But not quite the same as the original.
