You can also look the other tables, like the protein.tsv. There you can find the number of unique + razor peptides for each protein. |

Hi, Philosopher group,
After AP_MS searching by v4.2.2, the ouput file combine_protein was gotten. But I confuse about what the exact number of unique peptides. The guide (https://fragpipe.nesvilab.org/docs/tutorial_fragpipe_outputs.html#combined_proteintsv) provides the interpretation and in the column Combined Total Peptides contains the sum of the number of unique and shared peptides. So, I still don't know the number of unique peptides. Can I derive it from Combined Unique Spectral Count or there is other way for me to get this information?
Best regards,
Bin
