How your release monthly dispatch app into your production ?

Hi ,
since dispatch is release version every month, can you please share your thoughts how your going to release new release ?
Are you guys will release new version of the dispatch app every month whenever there is new release into prod or will use parallely use any sandbox stack ?
If yes, how will you update / like have u setup any ci/cd ? how will you deploy latest version in app into registry etc ?
Incase if the new release doesn't work properly what is your backup strategy ? how will you revert it back ?
