is there any option.? or which line need to change to change the script from private video to publish in bulk.?

once you've published the video, even if it's marked as "private" you can from then on use built-in YouTube controls to change visibility of many videos in bulk. The cumbersome process is actually marking all those videos as "not created for children" which cannot be done in bulk
