Update rocm-maintainers GitHub org team membership

I tried to check the docs here about updating team membership, and did not find anything.

Why we need help with this is probably hat the maintainer of the team is not responsive since they have been taking a step back from maintaining ROCm: NixOS/nixpkgs#280927 (comment). We therefore changed the maintainers/team-list to remove them and add a few people who have been actively working on ROCm in this PR NixOS/nixpkgs#391142 (after discussing it discussed in NixOS/nixpkgs#385288).

How can we get the team at https://github.com/orgs/NixOS/teams/rocm-maintainers updated in line with those changes?
