cmdy integration/cooperation bug for boolean and some other environment variables.

Steps:

Create typenvy tests for "cmdFlag()" method
Create e2e tests with cmdy as dev dependency
Improve and rename "cmdFlag()" method
Implement fixed and improved version in "cprox" and check if is fixed there
