add config option to toggle it facing you 🗿

useful bc im making a datapack and i want to see how it looks without it facing me but still 2D. for context, yes that's an item not a bobber (since i wanted it to be able to face down, change size, and rotate) but the item's motion nbt data is constantly being set to the invisible bobber's motion.
