How to run this repository locally?

I am interested in running this repository locally to explore its functionality. However, I couldn't find clear documentation on how to set it up for local development.

Could you please provide guidance or steps to:

Hello,
I think you should first start with a CKAN vanilla (https://github.com/ckan/ckan) and make the system work for your instance. And later you can always check our theme folder and try to run in local. Our CKAN instance is quite customized and it is better to first install the CKAN Vanilla and test it in your environment
