Bekomme es nicht zum starten / Don't get it to start

Bin Anfänger auf Linux-Mint 21.3 un d komme von Windows 7.
Hab im Terminal den Befehl "apt install offlineimap3" abgesetzt und es wurde installiert. Bekomme es aber nicht zu starten.

Was mache ich verkehrt?

I'm beginners on Linux-Mint 21.3 and came from Windows 7.
In the terminal, have commanded apt install offlineimap3 and it was installed. But don't get it to start.

What do I do wrong?
