A (re-)assessment of the coverage for PE/18 to PE/21

Various cross-checks, including a review of old notes and/or a later cross-check with Eldamo, and then a review of the sources. Note that this is a rough list, we might have had a reason not to include some forms

MISSING ENTRIES/FORMS

PE/21

  • Ilk., later Ilk. & N:
    • cīr PE/21:57 "ship"
    • círiath PE/21:57 coll pl. "ships"
  • Exilic N, later N and reformulated, see in note = PE/21:57
    • geleidh pl.
    • golodhrim = gnome-folk, the gnomes.
    • Golodh, Gnome,
    • Geleidh, Gnomes,
    • Golodhrim, the Gnomes.
    • Glamhoth,
    • Gaurhoth etc.
    • Gelydh, Gnomes [in note, with some of the previous forms also listed]
  • Weird N. forms in a section on "old partitive"
    • derio PE/21:60 [replacing an earlier derion] "of men, from among men"
    • kambaio PE/21:60
  • Other N.
    • nĕn PE/21:58 [with breve accent]
    • (dagger)we "man, warrior" gwe N. PE/21:01, gweg N. PE/21:01 as replaced form in a "later original"

PE/19

  • míð PE/19:101 "dew" [Unless mistaken, I think the entry already references PE/19, but we failed to record the acute accent]

PE/18

  • Doriathren PE/18:26 Lemberin language (also called Ilkorin) of the Teleri that remained in Beleriand, as was used in Doriath.
  • Ossiriandren PE/18:26 tongue of the Danian Elves from Ossiriand

MISSING REFS FOR EXISTING ENTRIES

PE/21

  • hoth (unglossed) PE/21:57 --- N. in note 24, Exilic N in note 22
  • rim idem
  • na PE/21:79 "Cf. Bel. na which forms virtually adjectival expressions", with ex. Taur na Foen

PE/18

  • ammarth N. PE/18:92 "doom"
