Right now, music and sprites are in different directories.
Everything that isn't code and that is required for KQ to run should be moved into a single data/ folder.

That will also allow to remove the data from the repo and move it elsewhere.
I can host the game files on my personnal server before we find a permanent solution.

This also applies to .map files.

As long as it's data/music, data/sprites, data/maps, etc.

.map files are closely tied to .lua files, so data/scripts would probably be good as well.

It would be nice if we could make a compile/ (or similar) folder to shove any project files, compiled temporary (.o) files, and all the other files into. Same for the language resources.

Agreed.

The compile/ directory idea is addressed by the issue #15.
