The Problem To Be Solved

The *.cbuild.yml files tend to pollute the user workspace, specifically when many different target-types and/or build-types are used.

Suggest A Solution

Consider to move these files into the folder .cmsis. This is obviously a breaking change, hence the proposal is to delay it until CMSIS-Toolbox 3.0
