Delete cache of k3s when new test images are imported.

When new images are imported to local registry, the old images with the "test" tag are still used in the k3s images. This is a source of mistakes for local testing. Therefore, a mechanism is needed to delete the cached images to make sure the new imported ones are pulled from the local registry.
