The new "Data Analysis" perspective automatically switches between centroid or profile modus. This could be used to display the data without the need of an extra view.

This is more about quality assurance of the https://bitbucket.org/lablicatedev/brukerconverterflex/ as it shows some can not cast ... to IScanMSD errors in the log files and the file format with all it's metadata and redundancy still confuses me. In a perfect world we would get official specifications from the vendor.
