@gillesgit-hub needs emissions data with respect to the defined exposure model in this doc: https://github.com/OpenGeoScales/ogs-connectors/wiki/4--Data-Model---Exposure

The goal of this issue is to convert gcp datasets into exposure model in order to test the api with respect to a complete dataset.

Input data should be read from aws s3.
Output data should be stored in mongodb directly if possible or aws s3 if not.
The script should be pushed in gcp branch
