Some zones (for whatever reason ;) ) might have longer/shorter instability/invulnerability timers.
Allowing for these to be configurable in some form, by zone or set of zones, would be desirable.
Allowing for the timer durations for each effect to be set independently would be good as well.

(Note: this will be timers that are set from teleport/undock actions)

Where the configuration is absent, the default 45s/1min balance should remain.

Still something that could be implemented but might remain unused in the immediate future
