Describe the bug
If access control is enabled for docks on the Gamma Islands, it cannot be disabled. The access level changes to "Neutral" and the control access remains enabled. It has been verified on local server that the problem exists for the T0 and T1 docking bases. Problem on live server exists, at least for T0 docking bases.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Build and activate a T0 level docking base;
  2. Enable access control to the dock database;
  3. Set the access level to “Good”;
  4. Try disabling access control by unchecking checkbox and click OK:
  5. In the properties of the docking base, control is enabled, level "Neutral".

Expected behaviour
Access control should be "None". The same as for the dock base after its creation.
